Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as the destination. These rates are determined in real time using current carrier pricing to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Processing & Delivery
Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production. Please allow appropriate time for the creation and processing of both original and custom artwork. Shipping timeframes may vary based on location and carrier. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

We cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date. By placing an order, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery, regardless of cause. This includes but is not limited to weather, customs clearance, labor disruptions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Errors
Orders are shipped to the delivery address submitted at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, mis-delivery, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any charges related to returned or re-shipped packages due to address errors or refusal of delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, or if your package arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided. All claims regarding lost, stolen, delivered-but-missing, or damaged-in-transit packages must be submitted within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

Other Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Submit your claim through our contact page on the website and include your order number along with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

International Orders & Customs
We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, duties, or import regulations enforced by your country. The customer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with their local import laws. Any customs fees or taxes incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
