ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
Commissions
All commissioned pieces require full payment at the time the order is placed. This payment confirms the order and covers all materials, design time, and creation of the piece. Commissioned pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refund, cancellation, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds on any Matt Szczur Store items. This includes but is not limited to apparel, canvas prints, original art pieces, limited edition prints, commissioned pieces, or other made-to-order artwork.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to our shipping policy and file a damage claim within 48 hours of delivery through the contact page.
Baseball camps are ineligible for refunds due to the limited availability of slots and upfront planning costs.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after an order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation requests. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
Shipping-Related Issues
We are not responsible for issues involving the shipping carrier, including lost, delayed, or mis-delivered packages. These must be addressed directly with the shipping provider. Please make sure all delivery details are correct before finalizing your purchase. See shipping policy for more info.
